To achieve these national goals, it takes an educator or teacher who has high competence and work ethic. Christian Religious Education teachers who have high competence and work ethic will display quality figures and demonstrate the level of professionalism of teachers who are able to contribute to improving learning outcomes and changing student behavior for the better. This research aimed to analyze the influence of competence and work ethic of Christian Religion education Teachers to students learning achievement at State Senior High School 9 Manado. The method used in this research was a descriptive survey method with quantitative approach. The total population was 575 students. Determination of collecting sample used random sampling and with a total of sampling 85 students. The procedure of collecting data used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used regression multiple linear. The results of multiple analysis found the regression equation Y = 88.202 + 0.038X1 + 0.051X2. Based on that regression equation, it was known that the value of constant 88,202, it mean that if there were no competence and work ethic of Christian Religion education Teachers so the students learning achievement was 88,202. Whereas coefficient value 0,038 meant if the competence increased, so each increasing addition or decreasing addition would influence the students learning achievement 0,038, and the coefficient value 0.051 meant if work ethic of Christian Religion education teachers increased or decreased, so each increasing additional or decreased additional would influence the students learning achievement 0,051. Simultaneously the competence and work ethic of Christian Religious Education teachers influenced to students learning 82%. Karena manajemen adalah suatu proses kerjasama atau pengelolaan dalam suatu pekerjaan untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Manajemen juga di perlukan oleh gereja dalam mengelola, perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, pengkoordinasian, dan pengendalian &nbsp;suatu tujuan tertentu. Salah satu organisasi atau kelompok yang ada di gereja memerlukan manajemen yaitu organisasi lansia. Bisa dikatakan bahwa manajemen PAK di gereja sebagai sarana untuk membuat suatu organisasi lebih baik lagi. Karena manajemen PAK di perlukan dalam mengelola, perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, pengkordinasian dan pengendalian. Maka tentu ada kerja sama antara pelayan gereja dan organisasi lansia untuk mencapai suatu tujuan tertentu. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen PAK lansia digerja. Artikel ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode kualiatif deskriptif melalui penelitian kepustakaan. Salah satu cara untuk memperlengkapi jemaat dalam pertumbuhan iman adalah melaksanakan PAK Gereja. Dalam pelaksanan PAK Gereja tentunya harus dilakukan secara terencana dan berkesinambungan hal ini dilakukan agar jemaat dibekali dengan firman Allah. Sejalan dengan itu dalam memenuhi pertumbuhan iman jemaat maka Paulus dalam misinya selalu mengingatkan agar jemaat memiliki iman yang penuh pengharapan kepada Kristus. Paulus sangat menyadari bahwa dirinya dipanggil untuk memberitakan firman tentang Yesus Kristus, oleh karena itu keselamatan menurut Paulus dihasilkan oleh iman. Iman menurut Paulus bukan hanya sekedar tindakan awal untuk menerima karunia dari Allah, melainkan mencakup seluruh proses yang berkesinambungan. Bagi Paulus iman bukan hanya menerima setiap pemberian Allah tetapi merupakan hasil dari hubungan yang baru bersama Kristus.</p> Priscilia Roos Maryke Lukas Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Euangelion https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2024-06-08 2024-06-08 4 1 Impementasi Kurikulum PAK dan Pendidikan Karakter Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VII SMP Se-Kecamatan Badiri https://mail.euangelion.iakntarutung.ac.id/index.php/euangelion/article/view/368 <p><em>The objectives of this research are 1) to determine the implementation of the PAK curriculum on the learning outcomes of Class VII SMP students in Badiri District; 2) to determine the positive and significant contribution of Character Education to the Learning Outcomes of Class VII Middle School Students in Badiri District; 3) to determine the implementation of the PAK Curriculum and Character Education on the Learning Outcomes of Class VII Middle School Students in Badiri District. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with inferential statistics. The population is all Class VII Middle School students in Badiri District, 254 people and a sample of 50 people, which is 20% of the total population. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 34 items. The results of data analysis show that: 1) there is a positive and significant implementation of the PAK Curriculum on the Learning Outcomes of Class VII Middle School Students in Badiri District; 2) there is a positive and significant influence of Character Education on the Learning Outcomes of Class VII Middle School Students in Badiri District; 3) there is a positive and significant influence from the implementation of the PAK Curriculum and Character Education on the Learning Outcomes of Class VII Middle School Students in Badiri District. Proven with the following values: 1) Test the analysis requirements by testing the positive relationship between variables X1 and Y to obtain a value </em><em>r<sub>xy</sub> = 0,525; variable X<sub>2</sub> with Y obtained value </em><em>r<sub>xy</sub>= 0,549; variables X<sub>1</sub> and X<sub>2 </sub>obtain values r<sub>xy</sub> = 0,425; and between the variables X<sub>1</sub> X<sub>2</sub> Y, the value ryx<sub>1</sub>x<sub>2</sub> is obtained 0,576 &gt; r<sub>tabel</sub> <sub>(α=0,05, IK: 95%, n=50)</sub> = 0,297 </em><em>&nbsp;Thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between each of these variables. b) Test the significant relationship between variables X1 and Y to obtain a value t<sub>count=&nbsp; </sub></em><em>4,270; variable X<sub>2</sub> with Y obtained value </em><em>t<sub>coun = </sub></em><em>4,548; and variables X<sub>1 </sub>and X<sub>2 </sub>obtain values t<sub>table = </sub>2,549 &gt; t<sub>table (α=0,05, n-2=48)</sub> = 2,021 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between each of these variables. 2) Test the regression coefficient of determination (r2) between variables X<sub>1</sub> and Y of 27,52%; variables X<sub>2</sub> and Y are equal to 30,11%; and the variables X<sub>1</sub> X<sub>2</sub> and Y together obtain a determination value of 57,60 % </em><em>3) Hypothesis testing using the F test was obtained f<sub>coun </sub></em><em>&gt; f<sub>table&nbsp; </sub>that is </em><em>31,917</em> <em>&gt; </em><em>3,23 Thus H<sub>a</sub> is accepted and H<sub>0</sub> is rejected.</em></p> Riados Sidauruk Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Euangelion https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2024-04-30 2024-04-30 4 1
